John has more than 30 years of experience representing banks, credit unions, financial institutions and mortgage servicing agents in connection with the repossession, sale, and divestiture of assets, including foreclosure, replevin, attachment, and collection suits. John has spoken on creditors' rights topics such as the FDCPA and foreclosure alternatives. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubbell as a BV Peer Review Rated lawyer.John’s professional affiliations include membership in the Cincinnati Bar Association. He also is a board member of NEST, a local organization established to support at-risk students through Nutrition + Education + Safety = Transformation.
