Ed Kochalski is the founder of MDK’s affiliated title company, Allodial Title LLC. He witnessed first-hand the various economic cycles and real estate climates the industry has endured and understood the business strategies and structures needed to respond to changing dynamics.
Edward Kochalski is a retired partner in the law firm Manley Deas Kochalski, LLC. Ed retired from our firm at the end of 2014 with over 35 years of experience in the areas of complex real estate litigation and foreclosure matters, as well as counseling financial institutions, mortgage companies and land developers on a variety of title-related issues. He is a licensed title agent representing First American, Land America, Fidelity and Old Republic title companies.
Ed has spoken at various seminars and judicial conferences related to title, real estate and foreclosure matters. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.
