Dustin Smith is an attorney in the firm's Indianapolis office where he routinely represents mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of foreclosure proceedings. While attending law school, Dustin served as both an associate editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review and as a national competition member of the Valparaiso University Moot Court Society. After graduation, Dustin gained several valuable years of general civil litigation experience including title litigation before starting his career in the mortgage foreclosure industry.

Dustin’s professional affiliations include the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana Land Title Association.
