Kirsten Friedman is the Compliance Officer at MDK, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements across the firm's portfolios. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Kirsten's responsibilities span a wide array of functions. She explains, "There is a diverse set of tasks in my day-to-day work, ranging from advising clients on the legal requirements related to default litigation, to projects relating to process development, to staff training.”

Collaboration is at the heart of Kirsten's work, both within MDK and with external partners. She emphasizes, "Collaboration is a huge part of my role. I partner with operations to build and enhance processes to ensure not only legal compliance, but maximum efficiency and quality in the services that we provide.” Kirsten's collaborative efforts extend beyond the firm, as she works with external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and support MDK's vision.
