Based in Columbus, Ohio, Michael is an integral member of the timeshare practice group, leveraging his expertise to assist other areas within MDK when needed. With a career spanning over two decades, Michael has been instrumental in facilitating resolutions to complex legal matters, demonstrating a remarkable ability to navigate intricate processes efficiently.

In his role, Michael represents timeshare developers, associations, and trustees involved in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, overseeing all facets of litigation and settlement negotiations.
