Nick Smith counsels clients in Ohio and Kentucky on a wide range of foreclosure prosecution and consumer litigation matters. He combines practical advice with novel legal approaches that feature an emphasis on bringing parties together via extra-judicial resolution.

Nicholas Smith is an attorney in the firm's Cincinnati office. Nick has more than fifteen years of experience as a creditors' rights and commercial litigation attorney, including residential and commercial foreclosure litigation and receiverships. Nick is a contributor to the MDK Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues.

Nick is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He is also admitted to practice in the following federal courts: the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. While in law school, Nick completed an externship with Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court Thomas Moyer. His civic involvement includes board membership at the Boonshoft Museum of Children's Discovery.
