Christopher Wiley is a senior attorney at the firm's Louisville, Kentucky office. Chris has concentrated his practice in the areas of debtors' rights and foreclosure for over a decade. For his work representing major banks, mortgage servicers and other financial institutions in various real estate actions, Chris was awarded Best Lawyer in America designation by U.S. News and World Report in the area of mortgage banking foreclosure law.

Prior to MDK, Chris was a law clerk for the Honorable Basil H. Lorch, III, Federal Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Indiana. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Centre College and his law degree from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Kentucky State Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
