Stephanie Reinhart-Rock combines deep knowledge of Indiana law with well-honed judgment to help mortgage servicing clients solve complex matters. Widely recognized for her strategic and practical approach, she guides clients through a wide range of issues, disputes, and compliance challenges.
Stephanie Reinhart-Rock is the practice group director for Indiana and practices from MDK’s Indianapolis office. In her role as director, Stephanie is the subject matter expert on Indiana law.
Stephanie has over 15 years of experience representing financial institutions in state court consumer foreclosure proceedings, including a wide variety of default service-related litigation, defense of priority, mediations, state-mandated settlement conferences, eminent domain, collections, quiet title, evictions, code violation hearings and tax sale defense. Stephanie routinely contributes to both the MDK Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues, as well as The Legal League 100 Quarterly, a publication committed to best practices and integrity in the default service industry.
In addition to her state court practice, Stephanie is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court Southern Indiana, and routinely assists in the representation of financial institutions in bankruptcy and federal court matters involving protection of mortgage loans. Stephanie serves as a member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Land Title Association's Government Affairs Committee, the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association and the Indiana Banker’s Association.
Raised in Northeast Ohio, Stephanie moved to Indianapolis just after law school and resides there with her husband and three young boys.
