He specializes in bankruptcy law, focusing on representing both secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings. This includes extensive experience handling complex litigated matters within bankruptcy adversary proceedings. Steve provides comprehensive representation to creditors, navigating cases from inception to resolution. His day-to-day responsibilities involve strategizing and executing solutions tailored to his clients' needs, emphasizing practical and equitable outcomes.  

Known for his ability to think outside the box, Steve thrives in the nuanced realm of bankruptcy law, referring to bankruptcy courts as "courts of equity." He recognizes that success often hinges on innovative approaches that benefit all parties involved. Joining MDK in 2017, Steve has been an integral part of the firm's bankruptcy practice, collaborating extensively with foreclosure attorneys and other legal professionals both within and outside MDK. In addition to his professional endeavors, Steve is actively involved in various professional and community organizations. He holds executive positions in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is a member of the Credit Education Coalition. Steve contributes to his community through volunteer youth sports coaching and serves on the City of Lyndhurst's Civil Service Commission.
