Todd Ruchman is an attorney in the firm’s Chicago office and focuses primarily on representation of creditors in foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. He has practiced in Illinois since 2000, spending three years representing debtors in foreclosure defense. In addition, Todd represented creditors in both bankruptcy and foreclosure cases for the majority of his practice in Illinois. He was a faculty lecturer for a national teleconference seminar on the intersection of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Bankruptcy Code.
Prior to practicing in Illinois, he practiced in Ohio and represented creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure cases throughout the state. Todd’s industry memberships include the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
