Valerie N. Edgecombe

Director of Timeshare Practice Group

Always there to answer clients’ questions, Valerie Edgecombe works in the trenches to resolve problems from the ground up. Her timeshare industry practice is shaped by a strong expertise in timeshare foreclosure litigation, trustee foreclosure proceedings, and trustee sales matters.

Valerie Edgecombe is the practice group director for MDK's timeshare practice and she practices from the firm’s Orlando office. In her role as director, Valerie is the subject matter expert on Florida law generally and timeshare default specifically. She oversees the timeshare attorney group and is an active voice at timeshare industry events. Valerie has practiced in the area of timeshare foreclosure litigation for approximately twelve years. She regularly represents our clients at foreclosure hearings throughout the state.

Valerie is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. She was the recipient of several academic honors including the Valencia College Outstanding Student Award, the Black High Achievers Club Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence and membership into the Pi Alpha Alpha National Honor Society. Valerie’s civic contributions include active involvement in the University of South Florida’s Alumni Association, the University of Central Florida Alumni Association and Valencia College Alumni Association.
