This collaborative spirit fosters strong relationships built on mutual respect and transparency.

For Valerie, success goes beyond meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations, although she excels at both. It's about creating a positive and growth-oriented environment where everyone thrives. "Being the best person and leader I can be" drives her every action, she explains. This translates into providing continuous support, fostering learning opportunities, and celebrating individual and collective achievements.

When Valerie steps away from the legal world, she cherishes spending quality time with her daughters and immersing herself in the vibrant music scene through concerts and events. This balance fuels her personal growth and allows her to bring renewed energy and perspective to her work. "Seeking new learning opportunities, both professionally and personally, is crucial for continuous improvement," she believes.

Valerie finds deep meaning in her work at MDK, where her values of respect and collaboration resonate strongly with the firm's culture.
