With a keen eye for both legal intricacies and operational efficiency, he ensures that our bankruptcy practice aligns with legal standards while constantly seeking ways to improve the services we offer.
Adam's collaboration with attorneys is at the heart of his role. Together, they craft effective strategies for each case, fostering a culture of openness, responsibility, and teamwork. Through ongoing conversations, Adam helps attorneys understand their pivotal role in fulfilling MDK's mission of creating uncommon paths to success. He also provides guidance on the blend of legal and business aspects, nurturing their growth. After earning his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Adam gained experience working for a general practice firm where he represented clients in various areas of litigation. Adam is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Florida state courts. He is a contributor to the MDK Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions on legal issues.
