With more than 16 years of experience, Andrew Weiss has extensive, in-demand expertise within the Illinois court system. Clients turn to Andrew to handle complex default litigation matters and to find creative ways to resolve cases by using his knowledge of federal bankruptcy code and Illinois mortgage foreclosure law.

Andrew Weiss is an attorney in the firm's Chicago office. He focuses on representing mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of mortgage foreclosure proceedings including mediation. Andrew began his legal career at a national consumer bankruptcy law firm where he represented numerous individual debtors in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.

After a decade of representing debtors, Andrew transitioned to the creditor side where he has been representing mortgagees and servicers ever since. Andrew’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Chicago Bar Association.
