Keith Levy

Director of Illinois Practice Group

Financial institutions. Mortgage servicers. Commercial lenders. Keith Levy has been serving Fortune 500 clients in those industries since 2006. Drawing on his diverse professional background, Keith advises clients on complex legal disputes and a wide range of default related matters.

Keith Levy is the practice group director for the state of Illinois and practices from MDK’s Chicago office. In his role as director, Keith is the subject matter expert on Illinois law. He oversees MDK’s Illinois attorneys and is an active voice at industry events. Keith is a contributor to the MDK Quarterly, a publication that highlights insights and opinions into legal issues.

Keith began his career in the Cook County Circuit Court, Chancery Division where he worked as a law clerk for two years. Since then, Keith has focused on representing mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of mortgage foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation, commercial leases, construction finance, construction litigation, real estate litigation, mortgage foreclosures, creditors' rights and tax deed litigation.
