Matt Curry combines technology and metrics in his day-to-day practice going the extra step to improve efficiency. He regularly represents MDK’s clients at foreclosure hearings and mediations, and presents at CLE seminars on topics that include foreclosure and lender perspectives.

Matt Curry, the Ohio Practice Group Director, is the driving force behind the group's success in the Buckeye State. Alongside his caseload responsibilities, Matt diligently monitors case assignments, court deadlines, and portfolio performance, ensuring the highest quality of work product and optimal outcomes for our clients. Understanding the challenges and goals faced by our clients, Matt collaborates closely with attorneys and practice group staff, managing risks associated with the portfolio at consumer, court, and client levels, ensuring that the practice group consistently promotes the best possible results for our valued clients.

Matt has approximately fifteen years of experience in creditors' rights. He represents mortgage servicers, mortgage lenders and banks in residential mortgage foreclosures, mediations, evictions and housing code violation matters. During this time he has competently navigated industry changes, federal regulation and changes in state laws relative to the practice of foreclosure law. Matt has received Rising Star designation by Ohio Super Lawyers over the course of several years.
