Meredith H. Wooters

Director of Pennsylvania Practice Group

From inception through trial, Meredith Wooters handles a variety of complex disputes concerning insolvency matters.  Meredith employs her comprehensive knowledge and experience to counsel clients with pragmatic insights.

Meredith Wooters is the Practice Group Director for the state of Pennsylvania and practices from MDK’s Philadelphia office. In this role, Meredith is the subject matter expert on Pennsylvania law and oversees MDK’s attorneys serving this jurisdiction. Meredith routinely represents mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of foreclosure proceedings. Meredith served as an editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal while attending law school. After graduation, she gained several years of general civil litigation experience before starting her career in the mortgage foreclosure industry.

Meredith has represented mortgage lenders and servicers in various contested foreclosure proceedings and mediations throughout Pennsylvania. In addition to her daily practice at MDK, Meredith also serves as a member of the Young Lawyer Editorial Board, a publication of the Legal Intelligencer, the oldest daily legal newspaper in the United States.
