From inception through trial, Meredith Wooters handles a variety of complex disputes concerning insolvency matters.  Meredith employs her comprehensive knowledge and experience to counsel clients with pragmatic insights.

Meredith Wooters is the accomplished Practice Group Director for Pennsylvania, based out of the firm's Philadelphia office. She works directly with attorneys in the practice area to craft case strategy, skillfully interpreting laws, rulings, regulations, and other legal sources. Meredith's commitment to MDK's mission is unwavering, as she ensures that attorneys understand their vital role in fulfilling the organization's goals.

With a keen eye on continued success, Meredith conducts regular meetings with staff, fostering an open dialogue and promoting transparency. As a mentor, she provides guidance to attorneys on business and legal issues, empowering them with the necessary tools to contribute to MDK's mission and culture.

In her role, Meredith is responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and accountability. She remains up-to-date with the latest changes in statutory and case law affecting the areas of practice, disseminating updates to the appropriate staff and compliance personnel. Meredith's leadership and expert knowledge make her a valuable asset to the team and the clients they serve.

Meredith has represented mortgage lenders and servicers in various contested foreclosure proceedings and mediations throughout Pennsylvania. In addition to her daily practice at MDK, Meredith also serves as a member of the Young Lawyer Editorial Board, a publication of the Legal Intelligencer, the oldest daily legal newspaper in the United States. Meredith served as an editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal while attending law school. After graduation, she gained several years of general civil litigation experience before starting her career in the mortgage foreclosure industry.
