Susan Klineman is a senior attorney at MDK's Indianapolis office. She is responsible for the management and litigation of a volume case load of default servicing matters throughout the state of Indiana. Susan is accountable for drafting and arguing motions necessary for the successful completion of both routine and contested residential foreclosure matters. She communicates with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of all client directives. Further, Susan assists in the supervision of MDK’s paralegal staff and administrative matters.
Susan earned her undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in history from Purdue University. She then attended Indiana University's McKinney School of Law earning her J.D. in 1993. After spending a decade working for several Indiana state agencies, including as assistant attorney general and counsel for the Indiana Department of Revenue, she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to continue her legal career. Susan concentrated in foreclosures and collections, representing national mortgage lenders in Indiana and Ohio.
Susan is a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations and is licensed in the states of Indiana and Ohio as well as the Federal District Courts of Indiana.
